Emergency Breakdown:
24 Hours 7 day year round service for contract customers with guaranteed response Times.

Emergency priority escalation, in the event of critical breakdowns our service enables accommodation of all eventualities.
Van stock of basic essential components for your site, to enables immediate repairs backed up by our 24 hour stores. 


Level 1 cover:
Attendance by an interclimate engineer to carry out routine maintenance on all specified systems or plant at agreed intervals.  Intervals are determined by the
equipment, it’s age, usage, criticality and your budget.  This includes the emergency service as above.


Level 2 cover:
As level 1 with the added financial cover for any labour used when repairs, call outs or remedial works are carried out in addition to the contract.
 Level 3 cover:
As level 1&2 with the added financial cover of all consumables and materials used for maintenance.  Belts, biodegradable chemical cleaners, filters etc.

Level 4 cover:
Level 4 includes all of the above levels and in addition financially covers all major components replaced during contract.
